All our diamonds over 0.50ct come with a certificate from an independent laboratory, which offers an unbiased and objective assessment of the 4C’s (Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat) of your diamond.

We will complimentarily clean, polish and check any engagement ring purchased from us once a year for five years.

All our jewellery comes with a warranty against manufacturing faults:

• The warranty only covers manufacturing faults.
• The warranty does NOT cover general wear and tear. This is important because gold, being a soft metal, will wear over time and may require building up and reinforcement.
• Physical damage to the item is NOT covered. This includes, but is not limited to, issues like a broken, bent, or pulled claw, or a band or setting that is twisted or bent out of shape- avoid lifting heavy objects or gripping items firmly and be cautious that the band and setting don’t get caught and pulled causing the ring to bend or twist.
• The warranty does NOT cover the main centre diamond. It’s recommended to have separate insurance for this. If a small side stone falls out without any evidence of physical damage (like a broken/bent claw or bent, out of shape or squashed band/ring), it will be replaced at no charge.

It is aways advisable to have separate insurance for the centre diamond and for physical damage.
