All our diamonds over 0.50ct come with a certificate from an independent laboratory, which offers an unbiased and objective assessment of the 4C’s (Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat) of your diamond.

We will complimentarily clean, polish and check any engagement ring purchased from us once a year for five years.

All our jewellery comes with a warranty against manufacturing faults, offering you peace of mind and comfort in wearing your piece of jewellery*.
* Please note: this does not cover general wear and tear (gold is a soft metal that will wear over time and require building up and reinforcement) or physical damage to the item (including but not limited to broken/bent/pulled claw – bent/twisted out of shape band or setting) and does not cover the main centre diamond, it is adviseable that you have separate insurance for the main centre diamond and for physical damage.
